1. Cancellation application (Original)

Cancellation application contains:
(1) Time and registered number of approval of the office establishment;
(2) The operational circumstance after the establishment, including whether or not accomplishment of tax registration and taking the name of the office applying for import the office used supplies;
(3) Reasons and causes of the office cancellation/deregistration.

Remarks
(1) Application for cancellation of the office, the enterprise should provide the application 30 days before the termination of business.
(2) The application should use the letter paper with the enterprise's name and be printed.
(3) Application title should be “Guangdong Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation”
(4) Signed by the enterprise's board chairman and general manager with official stamp.

2. Certificate of approval and registration certificate( duplicate)

(1) The duplicate of certificate of the establishment or prolongation of the office issued by examination and approval organ.
(2) The duplicate of the registration certificate issued by registration organ( industrial and commercial department).

3. Completed “Application for Alteration of enterprises' resident representative offices of foreign countries, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao”

(1) The form can be collected from authorised unit.
(2) The form should be Completed with fact and details, Completed “application for cancellation” in the blank of alteration content.

4. Procedures of approved cancellation application After the approval of the office cancellation, take the approval certificate and relevant document to the bank, customs, national tax bureau and local tax bureau for transacting relevant procedures, after those, take the approval document and cancellation certificates issued by opening bank, the customs, national tax bureau and local tax bureau , business registration, representative certificate to local municipal administration for industry and commerce for cancellation procedure; lastly, take the cancellation certificate of business registration to local metering bureau for code certificate cancellation.

Note:
1. The examination and approval organ has the right to ask the enterprises to submit relevant notorial document to prove the submitted materials.
2. If the above materials are in foreign language version, it must be attached to the Chinese version
3. The materials required for submission should be prepared in three sets.
